Neuheimer Lab at The Danish Marine Science Conference
In January, our lab travelled to Helsingør, DK for the 23rd Danish Marine Science Conference.
The three-day meeting was a wonderful celebration of the range and breadth of marine science in Denmark.
Our lab’s contributions included presentations on west Baltic cod spawning locations (PhD student Line Bering), squid distribution modelling in the Faroes (PhD student Nathalie Bach), jellyfish distribution modelling in the North Sea (Troy Gibbs-Brown, MSc) and a tour of our field and modelling efforts to explain variability of larval fish in the Kattegat Sea (Anna B. Neuheimer). We were happy to help represent our FishEcoMod group - along with the many contributions from other members.
A big thank you to the organising committee for a great meeting!
